5. Billing and Payments
Payment Due Date: Payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late Fees: Accounts not paid within thirty (30) days may be subject to late fees and interest at the maximum rate permitted under Florida law.
Disputed Charges: Any billing concerns must be raised in writing within fifteen (15) days of the statement date.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless specifically stated in your engagement agreement.
Non-payment: We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services if accounts remain unpaid.
6. Intellectual Property
