  • Disputed Charges: Any billing concerns must be raised in writing within fifteen (15) days of the statement date.

  • Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless specifically stated in your engagement agreement.

  • Non-payment: We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services if accounts remain unpaid.
